End of week 2!

Weight 11 stone 13.5 pounds

This weeks weight loss 2.7 pounds

Total weight loss 8.4 pounds

So another week of being really good and trying to eat as clean and as healthy as possible.

I have become more adventurous and even been making my own stir-fries, rather than buying the pre-packaged ones in the shops.

I have to also say that this stir-fry was way nicer and much more yummier than in the shops too.

I can't really report on any health changes as of yet, but I have been cooking and baking more than I have been recently, so I will take that as a good sign.
