Sunday dinners

I have recently been adding back meat as I have been worried about my protein levels, despite taking a natural organic hemp protein as a precaution.

This is what I had for my Sunday lunch today.

I have been having roasted sweet potatoes rather than normal potatoes, and tonnes of vegetables.

Instead of cooking the cabbage and potatoes in butter, I have been cooking them in organic coconut oil and adding a bit of fresh ground Himalayan salt and freshly ground organic black pepper for taste.

I hope to write an article on the health benefits of coconut oil once I am feeling more up to it.
